The stats are in for the Strategic Vision Total Quality Index (TQI) study and Goss Dodge Chrysler is pleased to report that Chrysler is the reigning MIP. What's an MIP? That would be most improved player.
Thanks to a fresh new Chrysler vehicle lineup and several savvy investments in quality, the automaker has improved more than any other this year in terms of the revered Total Quality Index. Broken down, Strategic Vision's index is compiled based on all parts of the buying, owning, and driving experience as they pertain to quality. This includes everything from tangible measures of car service and maintenance to more abstract factors such as emotional attachment.
All that you in the Burlington area need to know is that Chrysler came out on top. Not only did the company display one of the largest leaps in performance since the study's inception but it tied for second place overall as well.
Doug Betts, Senior Vice President of Quality for Chrysler Group, explains the power of passing along the good word. He says, "The ultimate measure of quality is whether customers want to recommend their vehicle to friends and family and these results emphasize the progress we've made to build exciting, high quality vehicles that our customers are proud to recommend."1
While studies such as the Strategic Vision TQI provide valuable insight into automaker's of all kinds, Goss Dodge Chrysler maintains that the best way to learn about a new Chrysler model would be to take one for a spin at 1485 Shelburne Rd South Burlington, VT 05403.
